上環- 柏廷坊 (食廈)
上環從不是飲食熱點,地鋪租金亦相對廉宜,所以食肆未曾大量往食廈遷移。
直至這數年間食廈大熱,有發展商看上環的潛力;改建了區內唯一一幢食廈柏廷坊。

熱烘烘軟綿綿的法包,吃了一口即想繼續吃,但要忍口因為美食陸續有來。
本身不喜歡吃鵝肝的我都覺得非常好味,外皮烙得香脆,肉身幼滑綿香,入口柔潤,吃完一片實在意猶未盡....但我還是不會再試(不知甚麼原因,知道怎樣飼養那些鵝隻之後,便不想再吃了!

歐陸菜館集中營 柏廷坊
可能上環一向缺乏西餐廳,進駐柏廷坊的,十居其九都是年輕新派的歐陸菜館,裝修風格都大同小異,以白、灰色為主調,簡約而有品味。
令老氣沉沉的上環區年輕起來。
