又多謝BLOG友分享(VANLILY CAKE),但吾知點解佢比yahoo刪咗,希望是短暫啦!
第一次做已相當成功,招呼朋友都冇失禮,真好彩!
上次介紹Blueberry Cheese Cake,都知道我喜歡食芝士蛋糕,

食譜(6吋)
餅底脆脆
牛油 15g
糖 15g
低筋麵粉 30g
伯爵茶葉 1包
鹽 少計
1.牛油切粒,立刻加入糖,鹽,伯爵茶葉和低筋麵粉,用手摔開成一粒粒鋪平在餅模備用

餅底脆脆
牛油 15g
糖 15g
低筋麵粉 30g
伯爵茶葉 1包
鹽 少計
1.牛油切粒,立刻加入糖,鹽,伯爵茶葉和低筋麵粉,用手摔開成一粒粒鋪平在餅模備用
伯爵茶芝士蛋糕
忌廉芝士 240g
蛋 1隻
糖 60g
忌廉 120g
粟粉 8g
伯爵茶 2包

1.忌廉暖熱,加入伯爵茶包(已剪開),焗約5mins,放涼備用

2.忌廉芝士放軟,加入糖搞拌至糖溶

3.加入蛋拌勻,再加入粟粉

4.最後分次加入伯爵茶忌廉,用搞拌器拌勻至無顆粒

5.倒入已放餅底脆脆的模中,150c焗40mins

2.忌廉芝士放軟,加入糖搞拌至糖溶
3.加入蛋拌勻,再加入粟粉
4.最後分次加入伯爵茶忌廉,用搞拌器拌勻至無顆粒
5.倒入已放餅底脆脆的模中,150c焗40mins
