材料:雞肶肉﹣﹣﹣1隻
洋蔥﹣﹣﹣﹣1個
雞蛋﹣﹣﹣﹣2隻(拌勻成蛋槳)
薑﹣﹣﹣﹣﹣1片
蒜頭﹣﹣﹣﹣2片
調味料:
鹽﹣﹣﹣﹣﹣半茶匙
糖﹣﹣﹣﹣﹣1/4茶匙
粟粉﹣﹣﹣﹣半茶匙
胡椒粉﹣﹣﹣少許
萬字醬油﹣﹣1茶匙
調理酒﹣﹣﹣1茶匙
麻油﹣﹣﹣﹣半茶匙
醬汁:
熱水﹣﹣﹣﹣3/4杯
海鮮素﹣﹣﹣半茶匙
萬字醬油﹣﹣2茶匙
味醂﹣﹣﹣﹣1茶匙
做法:
1.雞肶肉去骨切片,放入薑片和蒜片,落調味料拌勻。洋蔥切片。2.先炒熟雞肉上碟備用。

3.原鑊炒洋蔥,落少許鹽+糖+胡椒粉,放回2.再炒勻。熄火。

4.轉用一個尊煮丼飯用嘅平底鑊(10蚊店有得買),每次只能煮1人份,所以我就分咗兩次煮。放入1份洋蔥雞肉,然後加入醬汁(當然只入一半啦!),開大火煮至滾起,加入蛋槳快快搞拌後熄火。

"海鮮素"喺百佳都搵到, 而 "味醂" 喺日資超市, 例如:Sogo, City Super.... 材料相中左上角嗰支, 寫:"本みりん"就是!! Happy Cooking~ ^_^
