睇過我Blog都知道我嘅牛肉漢堡扒都吾錯啦!只不過整成漢堡包,所以吾使整咁大舊,配以薯仔/甜豆,賣相又靚又想食!(我好貪靚架,所以賣相都好講究
)
可以番睇牛肉漢堡扒食譜,不過今次改用紫洋蔥,我覺得比一般洋蔥香好多。

為咗想同鑊一齊煎漢堡扒和薯仔,所以冇擺入焗爐焗喇!先用中火煎香底/面,然後轉細火加入薯仔(薯仔要灑鹽/胡椒粉)上蓋一齊煎大約15分鐘,過程中不時返轉和加少少水。
